Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer support while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

The role operates on a shift-based schedule, with Friday as a fixed weekly day off.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and messages through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, and handle their requests.

• Provide accurate information about products or services and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

• Follow up on open customer cases and ensure appropriate and satisfactory resolutions.

• Enter and update customer information and document interaction details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
