## Description

The ideal candidate will be a financial strategist with deep expertise in cost control, menu engineering, and hospitality finance? We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive profitability across our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• F&B Cost Management: Oversee Food, Beverage, and Labor cost controls, target variance analysis, and waste reduction strategies.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive budgeting, quarterly forecasting, P&L reporting, and cash flow management.

• Operational Profitability: Partner with Culinary, Beverage, and Operations teams on menu pricing analysis, recipe costing, and promotional ROI.

• Financial Controls & Compliance: Enforce strict internal inventory controls, POS audit procedures, supplier contract reviews, and local tax/regulatory compliance.

• Leadership & Reporting: Prepare monthly financial packages and present strategic insights directly to senior executive management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in F&B, Restaurants, or Hospitality finance.

• Hands-on proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Accounting software).

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on yield management, inventory reconciliation, and prime cost metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CIMA/ACCA is a strong plus).
