## Description

Job Summary:

Banke International Properties is looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and manage our Dubai off-plan sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing the team, building strong client and developer relationships, and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, proven experience in off-plan sales, and previous experience managing or leading a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Off-Plan Property Consultants.

• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and conversion rates.

• Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales performance.

• Support consultants with client meetings, negotiations and closing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and other industry partners.

• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new project launches, pricing and payment plans.

• Identify new business and investment opportunities.

• Participate in developer launches, project presentations, networking events and other sales activities.

• Work closely with Marketing and Recruitment to support lead generation and team growth.

• Recruit and develop high-performing Property Consultants.

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

• Ensure effective follow-up and management of leads through the company's CRM and sales systems.

• Maintain a professional and positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.

• Strong experience in off-plan property sales.

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant with leadership responsibilities.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and major developers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Strong leadership, coaching and team management abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

• RERA certification is preferred.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
