## Description

Industry: Trading/Construction

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,500

We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented, proactive professional to support our purchasing, logistics, shipment coordination, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Suppliers

• Prepare and process PRs and POs

• Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements

• Follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability, confirmations, and delivery schedules

• Maintain the supplier database; assist with vendor evaluation and performance tracking

Logistics & Shipments

• Coordinate local and international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse

• Track shipment status, ETAs, and delays; escalate when needed

• Arrange deliveries and maintain accurate shipment trackers

Reporting, Documentation & Filing

• Maintain accurate purchase, shipment, delivery, and supplier records (physical and digital)

• Prepare regular purchase, logistics, and delivery reports

• Track open POs, pending deliveries, quotations, and outstanding requirements

• Check documents for missing information, discrepancies, or errors

Excel & ERP

• Maintain data and prepare reports and tracking sheets in Excel

• Enter and update transactions in the ERP system

Internal Coordination

• Work with warehouse, site/operations, accounts, and management

• Follow up on pending requests, flag delays, shortages, and discrepancies promptly, and keep management updated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, procurement, accounting, finance, or trading operations (logistics/shipment coordination highly preferred)

• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (FirstBit ERP is an advantage)

• Strong documentation, filing, and record-keeping skills

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, follow-up, and time management

## Requirements
