## Description

An exciting opportunity has opened with a leading international retail & consumer brand, known for innovation, movement and customer excellence.

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist with strong experience across B2B customer service, order book management, SAP S/4HANA and distribution coordination.

This is a customer-facing operations role supporting regional customers and internal teams across the Middle East, managing the customer order lifecycle from order entry through to final delivery.

You'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution and Logistics, ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries remain on track and customers receive an excellent level of service.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within customer service, order management or a similar B2B operations role

• Strong order book management experience

• Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA

• Experience managing customer orders from entry through to delivery

• Strong understanding of distribution, logistics and delivery coordination

• Experience monitoring stock availability, outstanding orders and delivery timelines

• Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills

• Experience handling customer queries, shipment claims and returns

• Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Distribution teams

• Experience within retail, sportswear, fashion, FMCG or another product-led/distribution environment would be highly advantageous

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic would be advantageous

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-moving regional environment where customer service and operational execution go hand-in-hand.
