## Description

Accelerec is specialized in recruitment, we seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our information systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate security weaknesses across various platforms.

• Develop and execute incident response plans, investigate security breaches, and perform digital forensics to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

• Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM tools, analyze threat intelligence, and implement proactive measures to mitigate emerging threats.

• Ensure robust cloud security practices and endpoint security solutions are in place, protecting sensitive data and systems.

• Manage and configure security technologies, troubleshoot security issues, and provide technical guidance to other IT teams.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and contribute to security policy development and enforcement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in Network Security, Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, SIEM, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, and Cryptography.

• Proficiency in Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, and Digital Forensics.

• Strong understanding of Risk Management principles.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.

• Excellent Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills.

• Strong Communication and Attention to Detail.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.

• Experience with advanced security tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to Saudi Arabia.
