Role Description

We are seeking an established Strategic Partner to accelerate the market entry of our Chinese-manufactured medical devices into the Middle East. This is a partnership-focused engagement (not a standard employee role) for a well-connected expert or boutique consultancy with deep regional footprint.

What You’ll Own

Act as Local Authorized Representative (AR) for our medical device portfolio across GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).

Lead regulatory strategy & submissions (MOHAP, SFDA, and other GCC competent authorities), including product registration, technical files, and post-market compliance.

Bridge Chinese manufacturing teams with Middle East regulators, distributors, and procurement entities.

Ideal Backgrounds:

Former regulatory affairs lead at a GCC distributor

Independent AR service provider for foreign medtech

Boutique compliance consultancy with GCC med device focus
