## Description

Procurement Manager | Construction | KSA

Our client is a construction contractor growing its procurement function in KSA.

The role

This is a build role. You'll create one central procurement function across all KSA projects, covering Civil and MEP. You'll report to the COO and lead the procurement and stores teams. You'll own cost, control and compliance from request to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Set procurement policies, SOPs and approval matrices

• Bring all buying under one controlled process across every project

• Lead the move to ERP-based procurement

• Centralise stores and inventory control across sites

• Build and manage a pre-qualified vendor base, local and international

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and supply contracts

• Support the tendering team with supplier pricing before award

What You'll Bring

• 15–20 years in construction procurement, contractor side

• At least 5 years in a managerial role

• Civil and MEP procurement experience

• ERP experience, ideally SAP or Oracle

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business. CIPS or CPSM highly preferred
