## Description

Job Title: NCR ATM Operations Consultant

Location: Qatar | Experience: 6+ years

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support

• Support operations projects and resolve operational issues

• Support deployment of patches, releases and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress

• Share logs and findings with NCR software support for incidents

• Complete assigned Tech Requests

• Support day-to-day operations management of the ATM network

Requirements

• 6+ years in ATM operations or application support

• Hands-on experience with NCR ATM software (Aptra / Vynamic / ProCash)

• Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Exposure to SIT/UAT and patch deployments

• Experience raising and tracking vendor support tickets

Good to Have: Banking domain experience, ServiceNow or Remedy, GCC exposure
