## Description

WHO WE ARE

fäm Living is the short-term rental and holiday home arm of the fäm group, one of Dubai's best

known real estate names. We look after homes for landlords who want strong returns without the

day-to-day work, and we host guests who expect a hotel standard in a home setting. We are now running fäm Living as a focused, standalone business with its own growth plan, and this hire is central to it.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Our growth depends on one thing above all: bringing the right homes under management. You

will own that engine end to end, from spotting the opportunity and pitching the landlord through to a signed management agreement handed cleanly to our onboarding team. You will also open

doors to bulk and building-level deals with developers, investors and corporate partners.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Portfolio growth

– Owner acquisition: build and work a pipeline of individual landlords, multi-unit investors and

developers, and convert them into management agreements.

– Pitch and proposal: run owner meetings, present revenue projections and our management

model, and handle objections and commercial negotiation through to signature.

– Bulk and building deals: pursue block, floor and full-building opportunities, including new

handovers, and structure proposals that work for both sides.

Channels and partnerships

– Group referral flow: work closely with fäm's sales and leasing brokers to turn their landlord

relationships into a steady source of qualified leads.

– External partners: develop referral arrangements with agencies, developers, relocation

firms and corporate housing buyers.

– Visibility: represent fäm Living at industry events, investor evenings and networking forums,

and help shape owner-facing marketing with the brand team.

Market intelligence

– Area focus: keep a clear view of which communities and buildings perform best for short-

term rental, and where we should be growing next.

– Competitor watch: track competitor fees, offers and positioning, and feed insights into our

pricing and proposal strategy.

– Owner feedback: capture why owners join, stay or leave us, and turn that into practical

improvements to our offer.

Pipeline discipline

– CRM hygiene: keep every lead, meeting and deal stage up to date so the pipeline is

accurate at any moment.

– Reporting: share a weekly view of pipeline, conversion and forecast units with the General

Manager.

– Clean handovers: pass every signed owner to onboarding with complete documents and

clear expectations.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

– First 90 days: a live, well-qualified pipeline, working referral rhythm with the fäm brokerage

team, and your first signed units.

– First 6 months: consistent monthly unit additions against agreed targets, at least one multi-

unit or building-level deal in progress.

– Ongoing: a growing portfolio of homes in the right areas, on the right terms, with owners

who stay.

WHAT YOU BRING

– Experience: 3+ years in business development, property sales, leasing or landlord

acquisition, ideally in Dubai real estate or holiday homes.

– Track record: proof that you can hit targets and close, with numbers you can talk us

through.

– Commercial sense: comfortable discussing yields, occupancy, ADR and fee structures with

investors.

– Relationships: a natural networker who builds trust quickly and keeps it.

– Organisation: disciplined with follow-ups and at home in a CRM and Microsoft Office or

Google Workspace.

– Education: a degree in business, marketing, hospitality or real estate is preferred but not

essential for the right track record.

NICE TO HAVE

– An existing network of Dubai landlords, investors or developer contacts.

– Familiarity with property management or channel management systems.

– Arabic, Russian, Hindi or another widely spoken language in Dubai's investor community.

– A valid UAE driving licence.

WHAT WE OFFER

– A competitive base salary with a performance-linked commission structure.

– Direct access to one of Dubai's largest real estate referral networks.

– A close working relationship with leadership and real influence on how the business grows.
