## Description

About the Role

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Technical Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure for a 3-year project at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the operations, maintenance, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure, leading multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure the continuous availability, efficiency, and compliance of all critical systems, including IT infrastructure, power, cooling, network, security, and facility management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of the data center infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and service availability

• Manage and supervise technical teams responsible for servers, storage, networking, power systems, cooling systems, and support infrastructure

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all critical facilities and IT assets

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), industry standards, and customer requirements

• Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, outages, and infrastructure-related issues, coordinating rapid troubleshooting and resolution

• Monitor data center performance, capacity utilization, and environmental conditions to maintain optimal operating efficiency

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution units (PDUs)

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data center and enterprise infrastructure operations

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Saudi nationals preferred

• Willing to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within 2 months
