## Description

Responsibilities – Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipment activities, including inbound and outbound deliveries.

• Liaise with warehouses, transporters, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

• Track shipments and update delivery status in ERP or logistics systems.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines.

Inventory & Documentation Support

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments, receipts, and stock movement.

• Support warehouse and logistics teams with documentation and system updates.

• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of logistics and transport documents.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a point of contact between logistics, warehouse, sales, and external service providers.

• Communicate delivery updates, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Compliance & Support

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

• Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
