## Description

To supervise and coordinate valet operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, safety, and efficiency while managing valet drivers and maintaining company service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead valet drivers during daily operations

• Ensure vehicles are parked, retrieved, and delivered safely and efficiently

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and discipline

• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

• Allocate duties and work schedules to valet staff

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Monitor vehicle movements and maintain accurate records and reporting

• Ensure assigned parking areas are organized, safe, and operational

• Train, coach, and evaluate valet drivers to maintain service excellence

• Investigate and report incidents, damages, accidents, or customer complaints

• Coordinate with clients, site management, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Ensure all drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic regulations and safety requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in valet operations, transportation, hospitality, or fleet management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage

• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping
