## Description

Job Title - Trainee Advisor

Location - Dammam, SA

Contract Duration - 1 Year (With Possible Extension)

Job Purpose

The Trainee Advisor assists senior staff, counselors, faculty, and the Academic Principal in managing academic programs and supporting trainees.

Academic and Professional Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor’s degree desirable in a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ICDL or similar certification preferred

Professional Experience (Minimum)

• 2+ years in a counseling/advisory role, preferably in education or training

• Knowledge of admission processes and trainee management policies

• Familiarity with Oracle/SAP systems preferred

• Experience with Arab learners is a plus

Functional Duties (Daily)

• Primary contact for trainee requests (200-250 per intake)

• Process trainee sick leave and absence documents

• Perform uniform compliance checks

• Hold daily meetings with trainees on absence/performance issues

• Investigate latecomers and issue class entry slips

• Handle trainee requests for housing, transport, or employment inquiries

• Investigate sickness and refer to the clinic

• Patrol hallways to ensure timely class attendance

• Communicate with parents/companies on trainee issues

• Support classroom management (e.g., behavior issues)

## Requirements
