## Description

We are looking for an experienced OSS Tools Administrator to support and manage enterprise OSS, ITSM, and monitoring platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for OSS tool-related incidents and issues.

• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• Train Service Desk and Monitoring teams on tool usage and best practices.

• Ensure smooth operation and integration of OSS tools with infrastructure, applications, and network environments.

• Monitor platform performance, generate operational reports, and track SLA/KPI compliance.

• Support governance, audit, and documentation activities.

• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with OpenText/Micro Focus OSS tools including APM Connect-it, NNMi, NNMi SPI for Traffic, OBM, Optic Data Lake (ODL), SiteScope, SMAX, UCMDB, ZENworks, and Elasticsearch. Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring, OSS administration, and tool integrations.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, and ITIL-based service management environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 4-6 years of OSS/ITSM tool administration experience. ITIL v4 certification is preferred, while ServiceNow, Splunk, or other tool-specific certifications are an added advantage.
