Great client relationships are only the beginning. What could you build from them?

We’re growing our Contract Solutions business at Halian and looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This isn’t a traditional recruitment role focused on winning new logos. Instead, you’ll take ownership of existing strategic client relationships, build connections across their organisations and identify opportunities to grow Halian’s presence within those accounts.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business, technology landscape, upcoming projects and workforce plans, becoming a trusted partner and helping identify where Halian can provide additional recruitment and workforce solutions.

If you enjoy developing relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and turning existing partnerships into long-term account growth, this could be a great next step.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with experience in client management, recruitment, contract staffing, outsourcing or workforce solutions who genuinely enjoys building and developing client relationships.

You’ll be commercially minded, confident engaging stakeholders at different levels and able to spot opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven and motivated by taking ownership of accounts and growing them over the long term.
