## Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s organizational structure.

* Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are practical and consistently applied.

* Lead job description development and review, supporting clear role definitions and alignment with the approved structure.

* Support the enhancement and effective use of HR systems and people processes.

* Provide hands-on support for recruitment of hard-to-fill and specialized positions, including sourcing and coordination with hiring managers.

* Follow up on daily People operations and help ensure timely, accurate service to employees and leaders.

* Work closely with department heads to identify workforce and organizational needs and recommend practical solutions.

* Track key People activities and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a supervisory role.

* Experience in the QSR, restaurant, or broader hospitality sector is strongly preferred.

* Practical experience in HR policy development, organizational structure implementation, job description development, and HR operations.

* Experience supporting recruitment for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.

* Familiarity with HR systems and Saudi labor practices.

* Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

* Able to balance project work with hands-on daily operational follow-up.
