We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Manager to support our growing team, recruit talented professionals, and manage day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Recruit property consultants and support staff across departments.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate employee performance reviews and support team development.

• Handle employee enquiries and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.

• Implement company policies and promote a positive, accountable work culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong recruitment, communication, and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR procedures.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A proactive approach and confidence in working closely with management.
