About RAYH

RAYH Innovations is a corporate venture builder in Riyadh. We partner with established Saudi companies to design, validate, build and launch new ventures alongside their core business. We move fast, test ideas with real customers, and let evidence guide our decisions.

The role

You will help launch and grow new ventures from the ground up. You will plan and run campaigns, create content, test messages with real audiences, and track what works. You will work across several ventures and industries at once, so every month brings something new.

What you will do

• Plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads and email

• Create content in Arabic and English: posts, short videos, landing pages and sales material

• Test messaging and positioning with real customers before launches

• Manage social media accounts and grow engaged audiences

• Track campaign performance and report what is working and what is not

• Support go-to-market plans for new ventures, from branding to launch

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers and partner teams

• Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field

• 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, social media or a related role (strong fresh graduates welcome)

• Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English

• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat)

• Creative and curious, with an eye for what makes content engaging

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Able to work on-site in Riyadh

Preferred qualifications

• Internship or experience at an agency, startup or brand

• Experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or Google Ads)

• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar)

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)

• Experience working with influencers or content creators

• Understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and local digital trends
