## Description

Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Business Bay, Dubai | Full-time, On-site

Ofman & Omar Properties is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads for off-plan and secondary property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company sales targets.

• Manage digital advertising, social media, website content, SEO, and property campaigns.

• Oversee CRM management, lead allocation, and lead quality, working closely with the sales team to improve conversion.

• Lead the creative and content team to deliver engaging videos, property promotions, and educational content.

• Plan campaigns to attract local and international property investors.

• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, cost per qualified lead, and return on investment.

• Maintain consistent branding and accurate marketing content across all channels.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven marketing management experience in Dubai real estate.

• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary property marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and CRM systems.

• Experience managing marketing budgets, creative teams, and lead-generation campaigns.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
