JetCircle LLC is a Dubai-based private aviation company specializing in international private charter and JetSharing solutions, with a strong focus on pet-friendly travel.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Private Aviation Charter Broker / Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai.

You should already know the private aviation market, have strong operator relationships and be able to independently source, negotiate and secure aircraft for international charter flights.

You will work directly with operators, manage charter requests, negotiate pricing and availability, and support flights from initial enquiry through confirmation and operation.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in private aviation charter brokerage

* Strong experience in aircraft sourcing, charter procurement and price negotiation

* Established international network of aircraft operators and industry contacts

* Proven ability to build and maintain long-term operator relationships

* Strong commercial understanding of aircraft types, pricing and charter markets

* Confident communicator and natural networker

* Able to work independently and handle high-value charter requests

* Fluent English

* And one non-negotiable: you must genuinely love pets. They are a big part of what we do.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with an existing track record and network in private aviation.
