## Description

The role

You'll own our clients' social media accounts: the strategy, the monthly plan, and the day-to-day running of it all. You'll be the client's go-to person for social, turning their goals into work our creative team can deliver.

What you'll own

• A portfolio of 4–9 client accounts, and each client relationship on social

• Marketing and Social strategy and campaigns for each brand: audience, tone, content themes and goals

• Monthly content plans, presented to clients and approved on time

• Briefing the creative team, and managing their tasks, deadlines and revisions until everything is delivered

• Making sure every post goes out on schedule and on brand

• Monthly reports with clear insights and next steps

• Spotting trends in Kuwait before competitors do

In your first 90 days: every account you own has an approved strategy and a content plan a month ahead, and deadlines are met without anyone chasing.

What you bring

• 2–4 years managing social media accounts, ideally at an agency with several clients

• You've written social strategies and monthly plans, and presented them to clients

• Strong at running creative workflows: briefs, timelines, feedback and approvals

• Strong writing in English and Arabic. A natural Kuwaiti tone is a plus

• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Snapchat, analytics, and task tools like Asana

• You use AI tools to work faster, and you check what they produce

• Calm with demanding clients, and firm on deadlines

Nice to have: paid social (Meta or TikTok Ads), and experience with banks or telecom companies.

What we offer

• KWD 500–700 per month, depending on experience
