## Description

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the kitchen team and organize daily work assignments.

* Monitor the quality and preparation of meals and products according to approved recipes and standards.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

* Monitor inventory and raw materials and report shortages and required supplies.

* Organize and prepare workstations before and during operations.

* Monitor order speed and quality while minimizing errors and waste.

* Train new employees and monitor the performance of the kitchen team.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Chef in restaurants.

* Practical experience in kitchen operations and management, preferably in burger restaurants.

* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

* Strong team leadership and organizational skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

* Commitment, discipline, and good interpersonal skills.

• * Previous experience in burger restaurants or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is preferred.
