Key responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site safety inspections.

• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

• Monitor PPE compliance.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Monitor workers and contractors for compliance with HSE procedures.

• Report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.

• Assist with risk assessments and safety documentation.

• Monitor permits and safe work practices.

• Maintain HSE inspection and incident records.

• Support the HSE Supervisor in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree.

• 3–5 years HSE experience.

• Experience in Facility Management, Construction, MEP, Engineering or similar industries.

• IOSH / OSHA / NEBOSH.

• Kuwaiti Driving License is an added advantage.

Best-fit Candidate

A hands-on site HSE professional capable of independently carrying out inspections, safety monitoring and reporting.

## Requirements
