## Description

One of our clients — an established and reputable real estate developer in the UAE — is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team and take ownership of recruitment across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who understands the UAE property market, knows how to identify strong real estate talent, and wants to work directly with a respected developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through the most effective channels and advertising platforms

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and manage the selection process

• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer stage

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of proven recruitment experience with UAE Real Estate Developer

• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and talent landscape

• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills

• Ability to manage the recruitment process end-to-end

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, commercially minded and results-driven approach
