## Description

QA/QC Manager – Architectural & Fit-Out

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Architectural Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Field .

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership/registration in the relevant engineering specialization.

• Extensive experience in architectural, interior fit-out, and finishing works, preferably on large-scale and complex construction projects.

• Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring QA/QC procedures, Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and inspection processes.

• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams

• ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

• Experienced in conducting internal and project quality audits, identifying non-conformities, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.

• Extensive experience in material inspections, workmanship inspections, testing, NCR management, snagging/de-snagging.

• Strong background in project close-out and handover, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, inspection records, and final handover documentation.
