## Description

Required to join an established contractor working on road and infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role is responsible for establishing and governing PMO frameworks, providing portfolio-level visibility, enabling executive decision-making, and driving standardization, performance excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple construction projects. The position requires balancing executive-level reporting, engineering execution, and business outcomes.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration.

• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-project portfolios, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East.

• Exposure to mega projects, EPC contracts, and government or semi-government clients is highly desirable.
