Job Description

• Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategies and policies.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to optimise profitability.

• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making at the executive level.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

• Drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group CFO should have:

• A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA

• Proven track record in restructuring is mandatory

• Experience of managing operations in the EU is a mandatory

• Strong capital restructuring experience is mandatory
