## Description

We Are Hiring | Associate Business Systems Analyst

📍 Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in MIS or a related field

We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Systems Analyst to support data management, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and verify data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Maintain program records, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.

• Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

• Support data governance and maintain consistent data-entry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (online or distance-learning degrees are not accepted).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF Professional.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI and AI applications.

• Experience in Learning & Development is preferred.

• HR-related certifications, PMP, or Power BI certifications are an advantage.
