## Description

Responsible for performing QC and vendor inspection activities at pressure vessel, heat exchanger, valve, and skid manufacturing/fabrication facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, codes, standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform vendor and fabrication QC inspection at manufacturing facilities.

• Monitor welding, fabrication, NDT, dimensional inspection, and quality control activities.

• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved project specifications, codes, standards, and procedures.

• Review and verify manufacturing, inspection, welding, NDT, and quality documentation.

• Monitor compliance with approved procedures and project quality requirements.

• Identify quality deviations and support necessary corrective actions.

• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and project QC personnel.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Degree holders: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.

• Diploma holders: Minimum 8 years relevant experience.

• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI Certified Welding Inspector.

• ASNT Level II in RT, PT, UT & MT.

• QC inspection experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Valve, or Skid Manufacturing Shops.

• Experience in equivalent manufacturing/fabrication facilities; preferred exposure to MISA, GSW, Zamil, SAFAMI, Hidada, INMA, Olayan Descon, Saudi Valves, Abhasain, or similar facilities.

• QM Qualifications: QM-03, 05, 07, 30, 31, 34, 35, 37 & 68.

• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred; GCC driving licence is an advantage.
