## Description

Enterprise Architecture Expert

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract: 12 Months | Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Enterprise Architecture Experts to join a 12-month project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the operation and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture Office for a government-sector client.

The role will focus on Enterprise Architecture governance, digital transformation, IT strategy, TOGAF, NORA maturity, and aligning business strategy with technology architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the Enterprise Architecture Office.

• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture governance, standards, and practices.

• Review and assess technology initiatives and projects.

• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology architecture.

• Drive NORA compliance and maturity improvement initiatives.

• Define Target Architecture and transformation roadmaps.

• Lead Enterprise Architecture assessments and gap analysis activities.

• Monitor EA KPIs, deliverables, and overall architecture progress.

• Provide guidance and direction to Enterprise Architects and other EA team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture.

• Experience in Digital Transformation and IT Strategy.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the TOGAF Framework.

• Knowledge of the NORA Framework.

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Governance.

• Experience with government/public-sector projects is preferred.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
