## Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and develop business growth opportunities by identifying potential clients,

strategic partnerships, sponsorships, projects, and new revenue streams across

exhibitions, conferences, events, and related business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibitions, conferences,

events, activations, and corporate projects.

• Develop and maintain a strong business development pipeline aligned with

company objectives.

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, sponsors, government entities,

and strategic accounts.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and

potential business segments.

• Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and revenue

opportunities.

• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, direct outreach, and

professional platforms.

• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and signed

contracts.

• Support the development and achievement of annual business development and

revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account

Management, Commercial Management, or a related field.

• Experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, activations, hospitality, marketing,

or related industries is preferred.

• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, exhibitions, conferences,

networking events, and business activities when required
