Digital Experience Project Manager

Onsite | Dubai | 3-Month Contract

Create. is a strategic, digital creative communications agency that partners with the region’s nation builders as well as some of the most exciting local and global brands. We’re looking for a Project Manager to own day-to-day delivery of a digital experience program for a major client, spanning web, app, and other digital touchpoints across multiple concurrent workstreams. This is a 3-month freelance contract, based onsite in Dubai, with the option to extend.

This is a delivery role, not a coordination role. You own the project heartbeat end to end: planning, technical coordination, communication, risk management, and quality. You’re the single source of truth for engineering teams, product partners, and client stakeholders, freeing up Directors to focus on strategy and the client relationship.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive delivery across a suite of web, app, and other digital touchpoints running as multiple concurrent workstreams, including ongoing mobile design and application updates

• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and backlog items

• Lead coordination across cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, content, SEO, data, and QA

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage project budgets, burn rates, and resourcing plans, keeping delivery commercially sound

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery, both internally and with clients

What We're Looking For

• Based in Dubai, available onsite full time for the length of the contract

• 7+ years delivering complex websites, mobile applications, and platform-based digital products in agency or product-led environments

• A track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams, from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization

• Strong command of Agile and Scrum, adapted to agency and client delivery models

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery and documentation tools

• Excellent documentation discipline: technical scopes, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, delivery plans, budgets, and release timelines

• MENA/GCC agency delivery experience preferred; strong candidates from other markets with the right delivery pedigree are welcome

• Professional fluency in English

• Projects land on time, within scope, and on budget, backed by a clear paper trail of RAID logs, plans, and status reports

• Clients and internal teams treat you as the single source of truth on delivery status and risk
