The Lending Tree is looking for an experienced UAE mortgage professional to join us as a Mortgage Sales Manager, with the opportunity to build, lead and grow a high-performing mortgage team.

💰 Salary: Up to AED 40,000 + Attractive Commission

📍 Dubai, UAE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, lead and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants

• Drive mortgage disbursement, revenue and conversion targets

• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement

• Coach consultants to improve sales performance and product knowledge

• Build strong relationships with UAE banks, real estate agents, developers and referral partners

• Identify new business opportunities and expand referral channels

• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, bank policies and market developments

Who We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of UAE mortgage sales experience

✅ Experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Mortgage Consultant or similar role

✅ Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and major banks

✅ Proven track record of achieving mortgage sales/disbursement targets

✅ Strong leadership, relationship-building and business development skills

✅ Valid UAE Driving License
