Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

Location: UAE

A leading luxury retail group in the UAE is looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates to join its growing team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

• Understand customer needs and recommend products best suited to their requirements.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales performance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

• Support new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising activities.

• Ensure stock availability and maintain store presentation standards.

• Assist with CRM initiatives and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, watches, jewellery, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Good numerical and basic IT skills.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
