## Description

Job Summary

Responsible for generating sales of parts and service and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Financial achievements

• Responsible for achieving individual sales targets (Parts sales by major class, CSAs, service repairs, oil, SOS, etc.)

Market leadership

• Execute agreed business plan, to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.

Customer

• Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors to support customers and provide the appropriate solution.

• Attend to customer concerns/ problems and insure that are resolved amicably, in timely and professional manner.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers

• Provide timely, professional and accurate advise to customers on service program, parts availability and any related improvement or promotion.

• Visit the customer to complete required inspection reports (CTS, TA-I) & inform customer of machine inspection results.

• Coordinate with the Service department to discuss and agree the most appropriate repair options to meet customer requirements.

• Follow-up on all pending service jobs to ensure the company meets the agreed deadline.

Competitors insight

• Keep updated on competitors activities, and provides timely feedback to manager to support development of marketing strategy

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
