## Description

I’m currently looking for a Business Analyst (Business Process) to support a major business transformation program with a Dubai-based client.

📍 Location: Emirates Towers, Dubai

🏢 Working model: Hybrid

🗣️ Language: English

🤖 AI/Automation experience: Nice to have, but not mandatory

About the Role

The Business Analyst will support the assessment, redesign and improvement of internal business processes across areas such as Procurement, Finance, HR and other corporate functions.

You’ll work closely with process owners and SMEs to understand current ways of working, identify pain points and gaps, and help design improved future-state processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and process workshops

• Document as-is processes and process flows using BPMN and RACI

• Analyse pain points, gaps and opportunities for improvement

• Help define to-be and net-new processes

• Identify opportunities for process simplification, AI and automation

• Prioritize recommendations and quick wins

• Validate process designs with stakeholders and SMEs

• Perform quality assurance across process documentation and outputs

• Support the development of reusable process standards, governance and continuous improvement practices

• Work alongside the existing PwC team supporting the programme

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst

• Hands-on experience with business process mapping, analysis and redesign

• Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience working with process owners and business SMEs

• Good understanding of BPMN, RACI and process documentation

• Experience identifying process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Exposure to automation, AI or digital transformation is a plus

• Strong English communication skills
