Job Summary

The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's employee performance management processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual employee performance management and appraisal cycle across the organization

• Assist departments in developing clear objectives, KPIs, and performance measures aligned with organizational goals

• Monitor completion and quality of performance evaluations and follow up with managers and employees as required

• Support performance improvement plans, employee development initiatives, and continuous improvement of performance management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in performance management, human resources, HR analytics, or a related HR function

• Experience with HRIS/ERP and performance management systems is an advantage
