A leading e-commerce company in Kuwait is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Art/Creative Team. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. Responsibilities • Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with brand identity. • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, website/app banners, emailers, and other communication materials. • Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time. • Adapt and resize artwork according to different platforms, formats, and technical requirements. • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual communication. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. • Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print production according to required specifications. • Stay updated on current design trends, visual references, and creative techniques. • Handle design revisions and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders. • Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project folders efficiently. • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of assigned projects. • Support the Art/Creative Team with additional design requirements when needed. • Create and edit short-form video content for social media and digital platforms. • Develop video graphics such as outros, end screens, title cards, transitions, and other branded visual elements. Skills & Knowledge • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Good knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Office. • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into effective visual designs. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines and priorities. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines. • Good understanding of digital design requirements and social media formats. • Ability to adapt designs for different sizes, platforms, and communication channels. • Creative mindset with a strong interest in new design trends and visual developments. • Arabic and English reading and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team. • Basic to intermediate video editing skills, with the ability to edit and prepare short-form video content for social media and digital platforms. • Ability to create video graphics, including outros, end screens, title cards, transitions, and other branded visual elements. • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.
