## Description

We're Hiring | Construction Manager – Building Construction

Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to lead our building construction projects!

Position: Construction Manager Industry: Building Construction (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization to handover

• Manage project schedule and ensure milestones are achieved on time

• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams

• Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Procurement, and Planning teams

• Monitor project costs, resources, and manpower allocation

• Ensure full HSE compliance on site

• Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in building construction (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• PMP certification is a plus
