## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Proxy & Email Security Engineer to manage secure web proxy, web filtering, and email security gateway solutions while ensuring secure and reliable access to internet and email services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage secure web proxy and web filtering solutions.

• Manage URL filtering, access policies, and internet security controls.

• Configure and maintain email security gateways.

• Manage email filtering, anti-spam, anti-malware, and security policies.

• Monitor and troubleshoot proxy and email security incidents.

• Investigate blocked websites, email delivery issues, and security events.

• Perform policy changes, upgrades, and system maintenance.

• Support security investigations and incident resolution.

• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in proxy, web, or email security.

• Experience managing enterprise web proxy and email security solutions.

• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, and network security.

• Knowledge of email security, filtering, anti-spam, and anti-malware technologies.

• Relevant certifications are preferred:

• Zscaler certification

• Cisco Secure Email

• Microsoft Security certification

• Vendor-specific proxy/email security certification
