## Description

Chairon House is an upcoming members’ wellness club in Dubai, built for high-output people who see training, recovery, and community as part of a life of pursuit.

At its core, Chairon House brings together a social bathhouse, performance training, reformer pilates, recovery, café, and member experiences into one highly curated space. The ambition is not to be another gym or spa, but to create one of the most distinctive wellness and performance clubs in the region.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, member experience, team culture, and commercial performance of Chairon House.
The Role
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of Chairon House. This person will lead the front-of-house, fitness, bathhouse, recovery, café, facilities, and member experience teams, ensuring every part of the club operates with precision, warmth, energy, and consistency.

This is a highly hands-on role. The right candidate should be comfortable leading from the floor, solving problems in real time, coaching teams, managing standards, and creating an environment that feels both deeply premium and alive.

This person should love fitness, love people, and understand how to make a space feel like a community - not just a facility.
Must-Haves
The ideal candidate must be:

• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and performance culture. They should train, understand the industry, and genuinely care about helping people feel better.

• Up to date with fitness and wellness trends. They should know what is happening across boutique fitness, recovery, pilates, HYROX, run clubs, wellness clubs, members’ clubs, or community-led fitness brands.

• Highly social and outgoing. This role requires someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, remembering members, hosting moments, and being visible on the floor.

• A natural community builder. They should know how to create energy in a room, connect members to each other, support events, and make people feel part of something.

• Extremely organized. They must be able to manage schedules, team rotas, operating standards, service checklists, follow-ups, vendor issues, and daily execution without things falling through the cracks.

• Operationally strong. They should be comfortable running a busy, multi-department space with high service standards.

• Hospitality-minded. They should understand that small details matter - how someone is greeted, how clean the space feels, how quickly a problem is solved, and how consistently the team delivers the experience. They should understand how to provide a 5 star hotel experience.

• Commercially aware. They should understand member acquisition, retention, sales, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.

• A strong people leader. They must be able to hire, train, coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.

• Calm under pressure. They should be able to handle complaints, staffing issues, operational problems, and peak-time pressure with maturity and control.
