Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center. About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor – Receptionist to join the resort’s Spa Operations team. Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Supervise daily front desk operations including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. • Coordinate with the Manager, Lead Therapists, Salon Manager and Fitness team regarding reservations, maintenance and customer service issues. • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met. • Prepare Therapists’ commission reports. • Lead and train receptionists to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain spa standards. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. • Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and professionally. • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with discretion and efficiency. • Maintain a calm and inviting reception area that reflects the spa’s ambiance and brand. • Manage spa booking systems and coordinate with therapists and attendants to optimize scheduling. • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met. • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and retail products. • Assist with reporting, documentation, and daily reconciliation of transactions. • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests. • Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. • Track and report on guest feedback and sales performance. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or hospitality front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in spa booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
