## Description

Al Kaffary Group is looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and follow up on contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Provide legal support and assistance to various departments

• Follow up on legal cases and claims and coordinate with external lawyers when needed

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and requirements

• Ensure that procedures and contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Prepare legal letters, memos, and other related documents

• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience in the legal field are preferred

• Good knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work effectively within a team
