## Description

We’re Hiring: Salesforce Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Onsite

Client: Banking

Engagement: Freelance/Contract

We’re looking for a Salesforce Architect with experience in Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud to design and deliver Salesforce solutions for a banking client in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs.

• Design solutions using Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud to support customer engagement and servicing journeys.

• Define integration approaches between Salesforce, core banking platforms, and other enterprise systems.

• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, security, and implementation best practices.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and governance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead with solution architecture ownership.

• Hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, integration patterns, APIs, access controls, and platform capabilities.

• Experience overseeing solutions involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical designs clearly.

• Banking or financial services experience and relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

This is an onsite opportunity in Abu Dhabi, so candidates must be willing to work or relocate there.
