About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive – Rooms to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Provide a warm welcome and deliver a personalised and seamless guest experience throughout the stay. • Anticipate guest needs and ensure requests are handled efficiently through effective coordination with relevant departments. • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences and support VIP amenities, special occasions and personalised arrangements. • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up and effective service recovery. • Promote hotel services and facilities while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality is desirable. • Minimum 1–2 years of guest-facing experience, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. • Confident in handling guest requests, complaints and personalised service requirements. • Well-presented, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
