## Description

We are hiring an experienced NOC Engineer for our client in Khobar, Saudi Arabia to support the continuous monitoring and first-line operation of a large-scale network environment across multiple locations.

The role will focus on maintaining network availability, monitoring SD-WAN and WAN infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing first-line incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and administer Cisco Meraki SD-WAN across branch locations

• Monitor and operate VeloCloud SD-WAN infrastructure

• Troubleshoot Cisco switching infrastructure across HQ, warehouses, and branch locations

• Monitor and troubleshoot IPsec tunnels terminating on Fortinet perimeter firewalls

• Manage SolarWinds monitoring dashboards, alerts, thresholds, uptime, and capacity reporting

• Monitor WAN connectivity across multiple Fortinet WAN links

• Perform first-line triage of network incidents and escalate firewall/routing issues when required

• Maintain up-to-date network documentation, including topology, VLANs, and circuit information

• Follow ITIL-based incident and ticket management processes within a 24/7 NOC environment

Required Technical Skills:

• Cisco Meraki Dashboard – SD-WAN policies, VPN topology, wireless & switch management

• VeloCloud SD-WAN operation and troubleshooting

• Cisco IOS switching – VLANs, spanning tree & port security

• Fortinet FortiGate administration & IPsec VPN troubleshooting

• SolarWinds NPM – monitoring, alert configuration, tuning & reporting

• Strong understanding of routing, NAT, WAN circuits, and core networking concepts

• Experience working within a 24/7 NOC environment
