## Description

The client is looking at hiring a Senior Patch Management Lead for their team at Riyadh.

Location: Saudi Arabia | On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Patch Management Lead to own and manage the end-to-end enterprise patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, applications, databases, network, security, and end-user computing environments.

The candidate will be responsible for patch governance, planning, prioritization, deployment coordination, compliance, reporting, and ensuring vulnerabilities are remediated within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end patch management activities across the enterprise.

• Develop and maintain patching policies, standards, procedures, and governance.

• Coordinate patching activities across Windows, Linux, AIX, VMware, databases, applications, network, and security platforms.

• Review vulnerability and security advisories and prioritize patches based on risk and criticality.

• Develop monthly/quarterly patching calendars and deployment plans.

• Coordinate patching activities with infrastructure, application, database, network, security, and business teams.

• Ensure patches are properly tested before production deployment.

• Monitor patch compliance and remediation against defined SLAs.

• Manage patch exceptions, risk acceptances, and compensating controls.

• Provide management dashboards and compliance reports.

• Lead patch-related incident management, RCA, and remediation.

• Ensure patch management processes align with organizational security and regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of patch management processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong enterprise patch management experience.

• Excellent understanding of vulnerability management and remediation.

• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure environments.

• Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Linux patching, VMware, databases, and application patching.

• Strong ITIL/change-management knowledge.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Experience working in regulated environments such as banking/financial services is preferred.
