## Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Assistant to join our automotive division. The Warranty Assistant will be responsible for ensuring timely processing and documentation of warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive warranty processes, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation

•
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to warranty claims

Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and providing updates on warranty claims

Collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims

Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures

Identify and report any potential warranty fraud or discrepancies

Assist in the development and implementation of new warranty processes and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive warranty processes
