This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and compliance with financial regulations Duties And Responsibilities • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll. • Manage accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations IFRS. • Coordinate and manage external audits. • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders. • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements. • Manage accounting systems and software. • Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent. A master's degree is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in accounting. 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Experience in financial reporting and analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in accounting software and systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Prior experience working in KSA and understanding of local nuances. • Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic.
